Forum Guidelines

Welcome to the Intern Forum! This forum is designed to be a supportive space where interns can share experiences, ask questions, and learn from each other. To keep things helpful, respectful, and fun, please follow these guidelines:

1. Be Respectful

  • Treat all members with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy.

  • Disagreements are okay, but personal attacks, insults, or harassment are not.

2. Stay On Topic

  • Post your questions, stories, or advice in the most relevant section.

  • Keep threads focused so discussions remain useful for everyone.

3. Share Value

  • When asking a question, provide enough context so others can give thoughtful answers.

  • When answering, aim to be constructive and helpful — we’re here to learn from each other.

4. Keep It Professional

  • This is an intern-focused space, so please avoid offensive language, inappropriate jokes, or unprofessional behavior.

  • Remember that future employers, mentors, or peers could be reading.

5. Protect Privacy

  • Do not share personal information (yours or others’) such as phone numbers, emails, or company secrets.

  • Respect confidentiality agreements you may have with your employer.

6. No Spam or Self-Promotion

  • Avoid posting irrelevant links, advertisements, or repetitive content.

  • If you want to share resources, make sure they’re genuinely helpful to the community.

7. Ask for Help, Offer Help

  • Don’t be shy about asking questions — internships are all about learning.

  • At the same time, if you can help another member, jump in and share your insight.

8. Have Fun & Network

  • This forum is more than just Q&A — it’s a place to connect with fellow interns, exchange stories, and build lasting professional relationships.
